We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great, right in the center of the business hub and opposite the Madiwale police station. It's also adjacent to a defunct mall, making it convenient for shopping. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe and free Wi-Fi were added bonuses. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring our entire family was well taken care of with their courteous manners. During check-out, they were prompt and efficient.
